A customer who has entered into a distance contract can reject it within 14 days without explanation and charges, except for the costs listed below.
Goods of proper quality are accepted for return, provided that their consumer properties and appearance are preserved.
There must be no traces of use or exploitation on the product. The presence of original and undamaged packaging, all labels and tags are obligatory.
It is recommended to send the return parcel via Slovakian Post to the following address:
Attention! The cost of departure is paid by the sender in accordance with the current tariffs of Slovakian Post. Parcels sent by cash on delivery or shipped at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted. Such parcels will be returned back.
The goods should be packed in the original packaging with barcodes (the goods supplied in the sets must also be returned in the sets).
You will be informed of the parcel accepted for return by a special message to the e-mail address specified in the order.
Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of successful acceptance of the parcel in the warehouse of returns and examination of the goods (which takes approximately 3 to 5 days). The refund is made to the card with which the payment was made.
Attention! If the item you sent is non-refundable, we will have to send it back at your expense.
Categories of goods that are not subject to return and exchange according to č. 89/2012 Sb.:
In case of detection of defect / incorrect (incomplete) complete set in the goods, the goods must be returned in the original packaging, with preserved labels / labels.
In case of return of goods of improper quality, the cost of shipping the goods will be reimbursed. To do this, you must attach a receipt for shipment to the completed application in free form for the return of goods.
